I even complained to my 4 year old about him. It's great, so I still don't understand why critics said it's bad. In fact, they killed that movie. And I hate it when a movie I enjoy so well fails at the box office. :(Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05328618234001371285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2335622942047923783.post-10964030360850674962013-05-08T19:03:23.232-07:002013-05-08T19:03:23.232-07:00Hi Melody! After my current read, I'm hitting mysteries again for a stretch. Funny how you can feel a book mood coming like a storm rolling in. Thanks for stopping by. I look forward to more of your reviews!robgirlbookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03398614063792587098noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2335622942047923783.post-24327848035650459892013-05-08T18:58:06.549-07:002013-05-08T18:58:06.549-07:00I never heard of her before I found one of her boo...I never heard of her before I found one of her books on sale at a used book store. After that one, I hunted down the rest. Let me know if you ever get to Hawksong. My TBR list is insane and what do I do, take on an 11 book series. Oh, I just picked up Mars Needs Moms from the library! robgirlbookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03398614063792587098noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2335622942047923783.post-83011920225323060392013-05-08T17:50:10.300-07:002013-05-08T17:50:10.300-07:00I have never heard of this series. In fact I just checked her out on Goodreads now and added Hawksong (The Kiesha'ra #1) to my ever piling TBR list. And I saw some pretty cool and funny reviews. :)

Thanks for sharing.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05328618234001371285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2335622942047923783.post-37609177032819038082013-05-07T21:15:39.049-07:002013-05-07T21:15:39.049-07:00Thanks, Jaclyn. I even like when the lines are blurred and then cleared up again with everyone returning to their old sides, like Eric in the Sookie books. If you try this author, I suggest her shapeshifter series, The Shapeshifters: The Kiesha'ra of the Den of Shadows, which has wonderful fantasy elements, great world building, and slow build romances with unlikely matches. I love the thing you said about finding yourself rooting for the evil guys and then really thinking about it. I love it when that happens!
