    1. Haha! You and all those Sidekick Showcases are totally responsible. And I have Danika Dark (Sterling) waiting for me after the move. It's such a fun read and I can't tell you how nice it is to have with all this packing and sorting. Happy Friday, Lexxie!

    1. I bet you've seen the cover a thousand times because these are the most beat up paperbacks I've ever checked out from the library. It looked familiar to me too. After the first book I added the whole series to my birthday wishlist. It's that good! Thanks for stopping by and for the follow. Can't wait to hop on over to your blog.

    1. Aw, thanks Athina. I am happy to read this book. More so because I'm in the middle of a big move and I use it to bargain one more cleared away closet or shelf. You're sort of moving too. Have a great weekend. I hope it hits the spot.

    1. The moving has hit a wall. I don't want to sort another thing. The boys are with their grandma and I have to snap out of it while I have a quiet apartment, but I just want to dive back into that book up there in the picture. When I was in college everything I owned fit into my car in one trip. But I did find a treasure minutes ago, my writing journal with all my assignments from one of my fiction writing classes in college. Wow! I can't wait to go through it.

Aren't you moving soon? Or has that already happened?

    2. No. The travel date hasn't been fixed yet. I'm thinking first or second week of September. I've been working and reworking on The Road Taken. I hope to be back to active blogging soon.

      Thanks for asking, Robyn. :)

  8. Great pic with a great book, Robyn! I'm a big fan of Cat & Bones too, as you know. ;) Mmm, Bones! LOL And now matter how much action and suspense and other goodie-goodness Jeaniene has in there, she always makes me laugh too! I'm guessing with the move, you need that giggle time. Have a great weekend - 'see' you tomorrow. :) *hugs*

    1. I love how poorly Cat and Bones behave when they're jealous. You're right about how much I need a good book right now. I bet your move is still fresh in your mind. It's the sorting and mess that is driving me nutty. Will's doctor told me after I mentioned the upcoming move, "Three moves equal a fire." I'm at the throwing out stage for sure! I hope getting the kids off to school goes smoothly. (they start this coming week, right?)
